The results summarize the results on the level of digitization of a sample of 350 companies from different service sectors and provide an overview of digital innovation practices in relation to overall engagement in the innovation process. Results – Conclusions are drawn about the type and scope of digital tools used to improve individual innovation management activities. Originality / value / implications / recommendations – The article presents the results of research on the level of digitization of enterprises in the service sectors based on the proprietary methodology.
