The research method used is Classroom Action Research and uses quasi-experiments. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur Semester 2 of the 2020/2021 academic year. The number of students for the PTK class, namely class X.2, amounted to 35 people, for the experimental class, namely X.1, which amounted to 35 people and for the control class, namely X.3, which amounted to 35 people. The method used in data collection in this study used group guidance observation sheets, disciplinary observation sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. Data analysis used average score analysis and test-test. Which consisted of a different test between cycles and an unrelated two-sample difference test. 摘要

本研究旨在描述团体辅导的应用及团体辅导的效果,以提高学生的自律性和学习成绩。研究方法为课堂行动研究,采用准实验方法。本研究的对象是2020/2021学年第二学期吉金帖木儿市SMA Negeri 1班X班的学生。PTK班(即X.2班)学生人数为35人,实验班(即X.1班)学生人数为35人,控制班(即X.3班)学生人数为35人。本研究资料收集方法采用小组指导观察表、学科观察表和学生学习成果测试。数据分析采用平均分分析法和test-test分析法。它包括不同周期之间的不同测试和不相关的双样本差异测试。结果表明,小组辅导的应用可以提高学生的自律能力,提高学生的学习成绩,提高小组辅导在SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur X班工艺科目中的应用效果
