Power conditioning unit development for MAG-transit
A development program funded by the U.S. DOT/UTMA to increae the performance of a modular inverter employing many paralled TO-3 transistors was successfully completed. Eight power modules, with 24 transistors each, demonstrated a capacity of 73.4 kVA.
