One of the things that must be considered in cooperatives is member satisfaction. The purpose of cooperative members towards cooperative services is one of the benchmarks for the success of cooperatives in the welfare of their members. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction felt by cooperative members towards cooperative services and also to find out what attributes are the main priorities of the Seandanan Agricultural Cooperative. The method used is the survey method. Respondents are members of the Seandanan Agricultural Cooperative who collected 35 members taken by simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out from February 2022 to March 2022. The data analysis used was the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the CSI value was 70.12 percent, which means that cooperative members are satisfied with cooperative services.
