The emphasis has been placed on the socio-political transformations and on the secondary education level reform. It has been established that the system of general secondary education began to be built on the basis of humanism, variability and profiling. Educational institutions of the “new type” have become widespread. Such institutions competed with each other, trying to attract the most gifted students. It has been proven that in order to increase the intellectual potential of the future generation, implementation of grant programs and projects has begun at the state level. In particular, the Program for working with gifted children for 2001 – 2005 and 2006 – 2010 has been approved, the Concept of specialized education has been revised three times (2003, 2009, 2013), and data banks for gifted students have been implemented. It has been noted that in order to maximize the development of the abilities of academically gifted students, various psychological and pedagogical projects and programs have been implemented in Ukraine, such as: Rostock, Intellect of Ukraine, School of Life Success, School of the Future, etc. It has been emphasized that the development of academically gifted students in extracurricular time was provided by the state-public association of the Minor Academy of Sciences. It has been established that the problems of inclusion and equal access to education were at the forefront of changes with the introduction of the reform of the New Ukrainian School. 摘要

本文介绍了21世纪初乌克兰资优青少年教育的演变变化。重点放在社会政治改革和中等教育水平的改革上。确立了普通中等教育体系开始建立在人本主义、可变性和概况化的基础上。“新型”教育机构已经普及。这些学校相互竞争,试图吸引最有天赋的学生。事实证明,为了提高下一代的智力潜力,拨款计划和项目的实施已经在州一级开始。特别值得一提的是,2001 - 2005年和2006 - 2010年的天才儿童工作计划已经获得批准,专业教育概念已经修订了三次(2003年,2009年,2013年),并且已经实施了天才学生数据库。值得注意的是,为了最大限度地发展学业上有天赋的学生的能力,乌克兰实施了各种心理和教学项目和方案,如:罗斯托克、乌克兰智力、生活成功学校、未来学校等。一直强调的是,学术上有天赋的学生在课外时间的发展是由小科学院的国家-公共协会提供的。已经确定的是,随着新乌克兰学校改革的开始,包容和平等接受教育的问题处于变化的前沿。在现行国家标准条件下,对资优学生现代教学方法的披露进行了展望。
