Firstly, we analyze the information process of BIM during the process of power transmission and transformation project cost, and establish a power transmission and transformation project library that meets the calculation specification of power engineering quantity base on IFC. Then, through the comparison and selection of pricing schemes, the engineering quantity statistics is developed to read the quantities exported from the Revit model by pricing software.
