The approach uses principles of computer-aided design. The proposed design technique is based on the computation of the system frequency response, evaluation of the discrepancy between the actual and required response, and numerical minimization of this discrepancy with respect to adjustable system parameters. The simplex optimization procedure is used in the proposed procedure.
