Therefore, medical image restoration is of great significance. In view of the fact that the current popular image restoration algorithms are less than ideal, this paper proposes an improved non-local mean filtering algorithm based on medical image restoration. This algorithm firstly adopts the norm LO gradient minimization restoration algorithm to restore the smooth part of the image, then adopts the wave-atom transformation to restore the detail part of the image, and finally adopts the improved non-local mean filtering to deal with the ringing effect and false edge generated by wave-atom transformation. The algorithm experiment was carried out on MATLAB R2009a platform. 摘要

在图像的成像、复制、扫描、传输和显示过程中,不可避免地会出现图像退化,如图像模糊、噪声干扰等。在医学图像应用领域,需要清晰、高质量的图像。因此,医学图像的恢复具有重要的意义。针对目前流行的图像恢复算法不太理想的问题,提出了一种改进的基于医学图像恢复的非局部均值滤波算法。该算法首先采用范数LO梯度最小化恢复算法恢复图像的光滑部分,然后采用波原子变换恢复图像的细节部分,最后采用改进的非局部均值滤波处理波原子变换产生的振铃效应和假边缘。算法实验在MATLAB R2009a平台上进行。实验结果表明,与目前流行的图像恢复算法相比,该恢复算法在图像恢复的主客观效果上都有一定的提高。
