The paper presents the development of an object-based simulator. In particular, a simulation environment is developed to facilitate a simulation study of computer network problems. The developed simulation environment serves the purpose by providing facilities to assist modeler in preparing simulation configuration, control for running of simulations and graphical result analysis.
