An AHP approach for the barrier analysis in implementing green supply chain management in Moroccan industries

To concentrate on environmental concerns, manufacturing companies have recently begun to follow the green paradigm in their supply chain management. However, companies are also grappling with identifying the roadblocks to green supply chain management implementation. This research focuses on finding procurement-based obstacles to the implementation of a green supply chain management (GSCM). 47 obstacles were identified by a previous study, based on extensive research and discussions with industry experts, as well as a questionnaire-based survey of workers from various Moroccans industries. The analytic hierarchy method used to identify critical obstacles and goals for this companies. Finally, a sensitivity study looks at the stability of priority ranking.
