Based on the DE, the algorithm is based on the neighborhood structure of cell topology, and avoids the injection of false information based on distributed compressed sensing technology. The novel algorithm which establishes the information sharing mechanism between the improved DE and the PSO can avoid to fall into local optimum and slow convergence problems.
