Also, this study sought to examine the moderating effect of trust in management in the relationship between change communication and behavioral resistance to change. This research involved Shariah Rural Bank in which the middle change implementation. The designed questionnaires were distributed to all employees (n = 96) and returned all. In addition, PLS-SEM is used as a method of research analysis. The results show that change communication becomes a significant predictor towards behavioral resistance to change. Unfortunately, trust in management has not a direct significant relationship with behavioral resistance to change. 摘要

本研究旨在运用社会交换理论,探讨变革沟通和管理层信任对变革抗拒行为的影响。此外,本研究亦试图检视管理信任在变革沟通与行为抗拒变革之间的调节作用。本研究涉及伊斯兰农村银行中间变革的实施。设计的问卷分发给所有员工(n = 96)并全部回收。此外,采用PLS-SEM作为研究分析方法。结果表明,变革沟通成为行为抗拒变革的显著预测因子。不幸的是,对管理的信任与对变革的行为抵制没有直接的显著关系。然而,本研究发现管理信任在变革沟通与变革抗拒行为的关系中具有显著的调节作用。最后,本研究提供了几个理论和实践意义。
