Renewable Energy Credible Capacity Evaluation Method Based on EFC
The capacity value of renewable energy is generally represented by credible capacity and capacity credit. At the planning level, capacity credit represents the capacity support capacity of renewable energy power generation to peak load. In this paper, renewable energy credible capacity evaluation method based on EFC is proposed. Obtain the probability of loss of loading the system through the EFC method and convolution method, and then comput the capacity credit of the renewable energy through iteration. The results show that compared with other methods, the proposed methods can ensure the calculation accuracy and meet the needs of actual engineering calculation. Additional research was carried out using the proposed model, including evaluation of renewable energy credible capacity of historical data of a provincial power grid and he influencing factors of different methods are studied.
