摘要

可再生能源容量价值一般用可信容量和容量信用来表示。在规划层面,容量信用表示可再生能源发电对峰值负荷的容量支持能力。本文提出了一种基于EFC的可再生能源可信容量评估方法。通过EFC法和卷积法得到系统的负荷损失概率,然后通过迭代计算出可再生能源的容量信用。结果表明,与其他方法相比,所提出的方法能够保证计算精度,满足实际工程计算的需要。利用该模型对省电网历史数据的可再生能源可信容量进行了评价,并对不同方法的影响因素进行了研究。
