摘要

关于不断变化的全球工业竞争环境,公司被迫越来越多地响应复杂和多样化的客户需求与有效的决策支持。因此,有必要开发一种整体的、易于使用的和有效的绩效测量和管理方法,以支持工业项目管理中的合理决策。为此目的,制订了一种以效益-成本-价值-风险为基础的综合业绩评价方法。在此基础上,本文提出了一种可视化的方法,以进一步简化工业项目监控中的绩效评估和决策支持。

Visualised Decision Support in Industrial Project Monitoring and Control
