摘要

本文介绍了一种提高可再生能源电力系统电能质量的技术。提出的技术重点是将分布式静态补偿器(DSTATCOM)与电池储能系统(BESS)结合,并与直流链路电容器并联。利用同步参考帧理论(SRF)实现了DSTATCOM的控制。通过改造IEEE-13节点测试网络,将风力发电机、太阳能光伏系统和DSTATCOM集成在一起,对混合电力系统进行仿真。实现了与风力发电机组和太阳能光伏系统同步、停运等运行事件相关的电能质量事件的改善。仿真结果表明,本文提出的方法对于可再生能源发电机组停运和同步运行情况下的混合电力系统PQ改善是有效的。
