摘要

从制度上讲,城市的可持续发展实际上是城市内部机制的协调。选取大连、丹东、锦州、营口、盘锦和胡芦岛四个城市,构建城市化与生态环境子系统。利用SPSS17.0统计软件利用主成分分析法(PCA)确定两个子系统的综合水平,然后运用模糊数学中的隶属度函数计算子系统之间的协调度。同时利用GIS技术实现研究成果的可视化和动态性。研究表明,辽宁沿海地区城市化综合发展水平总体呈上升趋势,但生态环境滞后于城市化发展。同时也表明复合系统的可持续发展水平较低。
