摘要

提出了一种改进表面永磁同步电动机无传感器控制性能的方法。针对永磁同步电动机的无传感器控制,提出了一种基于复数模型的转子位置估计方法。为了消除电机参数的不确定性可能产生的位置估计误差,在位置估计器的误差部分采用了位置型PI控制器。所提出的位置估计方法不需要电机机械系统的任何信息。为了提高转子位置估计精度,提出了一种利用扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)识别永磁同步电机永磁通的控制方案。采用面向转子磁链的矢量控制作为SPMSM驱动系统的基本控制策略。仿真结果验证了所提控制系统的有效性和可行性。
