GESTÃO FINANCEIRA EM UM PROGRAMA DE COLETA SELETIVA: UM ESTUDO NA ESCOLA DE ENGENHARIA DE LORENA
Sustainability is not only linked to the environment, but also to the social and economic environment. The three pillars of sustainability aim to ensure the preservation of the environment and improve the quality of life. Thus, the present study aimed to analyze the determinants of costs associated with the management of domestic solid waste in a higher education institution, seeking to analyze, economically, the benefits of a selective collection program. Through the Systematic Review of the Literature, articles, theses and dissertations were identified in the Periodical CAPES and SciELO databases, and projects already implemented in universities and organizations were selected, which used economic instruments to assess the impacts generated by solid waste management. Then, the scientific texts were sent to a database of the Review Manager program (RevMan), in which they were organized, evaluated, commented and discussed. A total of 16 articles were selected and read in full. It was found that the main economic analyzes on the topic of domestic solid waste use quantitative data on cost control and management of the organization's waste, obtained by moving items from the warehouse and quantifying domestic solid waste. It is important to note that these are preliminary results of an ongoing study, so the conclusions are not definitive. In this way, tools and indicators were identified to be applied in the financial analysis process in a selective collection program at the Engineering School of Lorena.
