摘要

本文采用因子分析模型对2019年制造业63家通用设备企业进行排名。首先,构建固定资产质量评价体系。其次,采用因子分析法进行适用性分析、因子提取与轮换、因子评分,计算出固定资产质量综合得分。第三,对排名靠前企业的固定资产质量进行分析,验证固定资产质量评价体系的解释力。
