Analysis technique used in this research is analysis of multiple regression (multiple regression).The result showed that the training, the leadership style and work discipline simultaneously partially and simultaneously has a positive impact significantly to performance of employee. The determination showed (R2) 0,996 or that is equal 99,6 %. Employee performance. 摘要

本解释性研究试图解释培训、领导风格、工作纪律等变量对员工绩效的影响及因果关系。本研究的数据收集样本为134名员工,采用简单随机抽样方法。本研究使用的分析技术是多元回归分析(multiple regression)。结果表明,培训、领导风格和工作纪律同时部分和同时对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。测定结果(R2)为0.996,等于99.6%。员工绩效。培训、领导风格和工作纪律对员工绩效也有部分显著的正向影响。研究发现,对员工绩效影响最大的变量是工作纪律。
