摘要

针对输送带打滑、断带、过载、联轴器断裂等现象,设计了一种输送带智能保护系统。采用智能仪表、监控软件和故障检测技术对系统进行了设计,并对系统的软硬件进行了描述。保护系统能自动检测、诊断相应的故障,并及时发出声光报警信号,使故障带机停机。应用效果证明,该保护系统提高了整个燃煤运输的智能化程度,大大减少了人工操作,为企业节省了大量资金。
