Total lipid ratio of all formulations were varied in rang 20-80 (μmole/ml). All liposomal formulations prepared showed mean particle size of about 430 nm or less. Among the sixteen liposomal formulations prepared, liposomal formulation number 12 showed the best result in the physicochemical properties such as entrapment efficiency, particle size, polydispersity index (PI), and zeta potential. In additional this formulation has been stable when stability studies for 2 month.
