摘要

本研究通过明场显微镜对中国丹霞寺古建筑的部分木质构件进行了鉴定,并分别利用偏振光和荧光观察了细胞壁的化学成分。结果表明,样品分别属于栎属、榆属、柳属和胡杨属。在偏光和荧光观察下,栎属植物的纤维素成分主要被棕色腐烂真菌消耗,榆属植物的纤维素和木质素成分主要被白色腐烂真菌消耗。这四种树种本身都很容易受到昆虫的攻击。
