The descriptive research survey was used to target employees and management. A sample size of 20 respondents comprising of 10 employees and 10 from management was used. The researcher used simple random sampling method in selecting the respondents. Questionnaires were used as key research instrument. The study found out that issues of good governance are not properly followed within the organization. Whilst there is a board to oversee the operations of the organization, it was not being fully utilized as they are not sometimes involved in decision making and policy making. The issue of Parastatal organization governance remains an issue of concern considering their contribution to national development.
