Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire based on the 10 dimensions of ethical values ​​of nursing of the Ministry of Health in 2011. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) in SPSS software version 20. \nResulte: Among the 10 dimensions of ethical values of nursing, the patients gave the highest priority to altruism and kindness (1± 140.19), compassion and kindness (2 ±135 .01), and accountability and responsibility (1± 130.33), respectively. 摘要

导读:护理作为卫生服务的重要组成部分是非常重要的,护理伦理是卫生保健的一个重要因素。因此,本研究旨在从2021年亚兹德选定医院收治的患者的角度,优先考虑并检查护士遵守道德价值观的水平。方法:本描述性横断面研究在亚兹德选定的两家医院和采用分层随机抽样方法选择的100例患者中进行。采用问卷调查法对2011年卫生部护理伦理价值观的10个维度进行调查。在SPSS软件版本20中使用描述性统计(频率、百分比、平均值和标准差)对结果进行分析。结果:在护理伦理价值观的10个维度中,患者对利他与善良(1±140.19)、同情与善良(2±130.01)、责任与责任(1±130.33)的评价最高。此外,56%的患者认为遵守道德价值观的情况良好。结论:在护理持续教育中引入利他与共情、同情与善良、责任与担当等伦理价值观,可有效提高医院绩效质量和患者满意度。
