The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bhakti Sari Husada Bersama, Cirebon totaling 84 people. The sampling technique in this study used stratified techniques totaling 84 respondents. Data collection techniques used by using questionnaires and interviews. The measurement scale of the instrument used in this study uses the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析工作纪律和工作不安全感变量对绩效的影响。本研究采用的研究方法是定量研究方法。本研究的人群是PT. Bhakti Sari Husada Bersama, Cirebon的雇员,共84人。本研究采用分层抽样技术,共84名受访者。使用问卷调查和访谈的数据收集技术。本研究使用的仪器测量量表采用李克特量表。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。结果表明:工作纪律和工作不安全感两个变量对员工绩效既有部分影响,也有同时影响。关键词:Disiplin kerja;工作不安全感;Kinerja Karyawan
