摘要

现代高频感应加热技术对感应加热电源的负载匹配提出了更高的要求。LLC谐振负载电路可以取代传统的感应加热负载匹配变压器,提高功率密度。分析了高频感应加热电源LLC负载谐振电路的负载匹配特性,给出了匹配元件的参数选择方法。最后,结合移相脉宽调制(PWM)控制方法,建立了基于LLC负载谐振电路的移相感应加热实验平台。实验结果表明,LLC电路在高频感应加热电源负载匹配中具有良好的性能。
