摘要

Fundamentals of technology to improve the performance of friction units of transport equipment
The article deals with the basics of technology for improving the performance of friction units of machines and their diagnostics by acoustic emission method. It is shown that it is important to create a lubricant film on the friction surfaces before they are mechanically loaded, which ensures "soft" starting conditions during their start-up. After the creation of the lubricant film, the friction unit is mechanically loaded with the regulation of friction heat generation, which, together with the filtration of the lubricant and timely cleaning of the filter elements from pollutants, lengthens the life of the lubricant film and increases the service life of the friction unit.
