摘要

通过对某新型特种车架的研究,建立了基于随机振动理论的车架疲劳分析模型。根据预测点的应力类别和材料性能,得到修正后的疲劳曲线(S-N曲线)。以车架有限元分析结果为疲劳计算依据,运用道路谱车辆振动理论计算车架的疲劳寿命和疲劳损伤,并对计算结果进行了讨论。本文所采用的模型和分析方法对其他汽车产品的疲劳分析和抗疲劳设计也具有一定的指导意义。
