摘要
随着智能手机用户的增加和LTE数据传输速度的提高，手机的用途变得更加多样化。以网元为中心的监控OSS (Operation Support System，运营支持系统)难以监控网络业务并保持稳定的服务质量。本文介绍了移动网络服务质量监控的概念和需要实现的功能。在此基础上，提出实施服务质量监控OSS，实现高效运维。
