In this paper, a broadband high-gain CP horn antenna is designed by loading a linear-to-circular polarization (LP-to-CP) metasurface converter on the aperture of the standard linearly polarized (LP) horn. With the proposed metasurface lens, the size, weight, and cost of the CP horn are almost the same as those of the original LP horn.
