摘要

服务质量低下使患者满意度水平未达到最低服务标准,即95%,其中受多种因素的影响使满意度仍然较低。目的:探讨影响沼泽病人住院满意度的因素。方法:采用文献回顾法,从两个电子数据库中检索;Google Scholar和Garuda在2010-2020年间发现了10篇与关键词匹配的文献。结果:10篇期刊文章的数据综合结果显示,5篇期刊文章表示由于沟通不力导致患者满意度低,4篇期刊文章表示由于服务质量导致患者满意度低,1篇期刊文章表示由于官方调度导致患者满意度低。讨论:患者在接受医院护理、服务和患者接受的护理时,对护理人员向客户提供的服务质量感到满意,是一种专业服务形式,可以提高住院患者满意度,提高卫生服务质量。关键词:患者,住院,满意度。
