本研究旨在通过对以往文献的梳理,探讨领导与员工创新、团队创新和组织创新之间的关系,从而对三者之间的关系有一个系统的认识。目前的研究者大多关注的是某一种领导风格与创新的关系,而本研究对不同领导风格与创新的文献进行了梳理,提出了不同领导风格与创新的概念,并给出了实证研究结果。
