The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with reference to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2016 and Asset Life Cycle Management. (Schuman and Brent, 2005) Based on this reference, a list of questions was compiled to obtain data through interviews with asset managers. stay related. The results of the study indicate that the main problems in the management of fixed assets in the Riau Provincial Government are mainly: i) human resources; ii) the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the utilization and maintenance of fixed assets; iii) policy for employee transfer in the management of fixed assets; and iv) coordination between agencies. 摘要
本研究旨在找出廖内省政府固定资产管理中存在的主要问题,并提出解决问题的建议。本研究采用的研究方法为质性方法,参考2016年内政部第19号条例及资产生命周期管理。(Schuman and Brent, 2005)基于这一参考,我们编制了一个问题列表,通过对资产经理的访谈来获取数据。保持相关。研究结果表明,廖内省政府固定资产管理中存在的主要问题有:1)人力资源;ii)缺乏固定资产使用和维护的标准作业程序(SOP);Iii)固定资产管理中的员工调动政策;四是机构间的协调。针对这些问题,廖内省政府的建议是:1)对廖内省政府内从事固定资产管理的员工进行定期的专业素养社会化,制定定期的社会化时间表;ii)制定固定资产使用和维护的SOP;Iii)制定固定资产管理中的员工调动政策;(四)制定固定资产管理评价政策;v)与廖内省政府的区域税务局(BAPEDA)合作。
