So there is a necessity for developing a method capable of high throughput analysis at affordable cost for manufacturing of less expensive readers. This paper focuses on an image based analysis system to for a fluorescent transport liquid assay performed in a 96-well microtiter plate which is acquired as an image by Digital Camera.
