摘要

随着分布式电源的大量接入,电网面临着巨大的压力。分布式储能成为解决这一问题的有效方法。随着电力体制改革的深入,现有的储能价值评价体系和场景应用已经受到限制。在可靠性值的基础上,进一步考虑分布式储能对电网规划的影响,分析分布式储能在延迟输电网扩容计划和缓解拥塞方面的作用。基于可靠性价值、输配价值和能量价值,构建了分布式储能综合价值评价体系,提出了基于综合价值的分布式储能规划模型。
