Distributed energy storage becomes an effective method to solve this problem. With the deepening of the electric power system reform, the existing energy storage value evaluation system and scene application have been limited. Based on the reliability value, this paper further considers the influence of distributed energy storage on power grid planning and analyzes the role of distributed energy storage in delaying the expansion plan of the transmission network and alleviating congestion.
