摘要

基于应急物资需求的不确定性特点,采用区间数表示应急物资需求的不确定性,同时考虑救援成本和时间两个目标,建立应急物流设施选址和路线优化模型。利用区间约束理论将区间不确定性转化为确定数,并采用无量纲线性加权法将多目标转化为单目标。设计了遗传算法求解该模型,并通过实例验证了该模型和算法的有效性。
