ACWB algorithm tunes the Contention Window size in a distributed manner at run-time in order to maximize the throughput and fairness according to the idle backoff interval statistics. 摘要

无线网络中MAC层协议的性能是决定有限带宽资源共享和利用效率的主要因素。本文提出了一种适用于IEEE 802.11无线局域网的分布式退避算法——自适应竞争窗口退避(ACWB)。ACWB算法在运行时以分布式方式调整争用窗口大小,以便根据空闲回退间隔统计信息最大化吞吐量和公平性。仿真结果表明,该方案在保持良好公平性的同时,显著提高了网络吞吐量。
