Illumination and color compensation using mean shift - based color segmentation
We present the illumination and color compensation algorithm using the mean shift -based color segmentation for the restoration of captured images under the arbitrary lighting conditions. The proposed method is effective for removing the color noise as well as representing vivid and natural color image captured by the digital camera and the camcorder.
