In a normal operation mode, the system generates electricity, whereas in emergency situations, the station blackouts, it allows to provide power supply necessary for cooling the nuclear reactor core. The main technological characteristic of the power complex, including a two-circuit nuclear power plant, a heat phase transition accumulator and an additional low-power multifunctional steam turbine were investigated.
