摘要

促销方式能否有效地提高企业的经济效益,是所有企业都关心的问题。以经济增加值(EVA)作为促销效果的评价指标,能够真实反映企业的经营成果,关注企业的可持续发展,促进企业实施更有效的促销方式,降低企业成本。本文根据马斯洛的需求理论,提出了晋升组合,以EVA作为评价晋升组合的指标,提出了EVA的晋升评价模型和模糊综合评价过程。通过实例对推广效果进行评价,并对评价模型进行验证。

Study on evaluation of the effect of enterprise human resources promotion based on EVA
