Objetctive: analyse the personal trainer’s use of professional marketing in social media Instagram. The research will be focused on quantity and quality, made longitudinally. The population and sample are Instagram accounts of famous personal trainers in Cascavel, state of Paraná. Methodology: The reasearch will be supported by the social media Instagram and the app fanpage karma. They correspond to the frequency and average calculations of the published Posts. For the calculation of the engagement, the following formula was used:% of engagement = (total of tanned x 1 + total comments x 2) ÷) x 100.
