(2) To identify and analyze the factors that influence the development of enterprises in the Culinary Region Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale District of Maros Regency. (3) To know and analyze the business development strategy carried out in order to develop optimally. Results showed (1) Characteristics of Street Vendors by age in Culinary Region Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale District of Maros Regency dominated by the age group between 31-45 years. According to the education level is dominated by street vendors who had high school education. While the characteristics of street vendors by sex that most street vendors male. (2) Internal factors (knowledge and services) as well as external factors (location and personality) are factors that influence the development of enterprises Street Vendors Culinary Region Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale District of Maros Regency. 摘要
本研究旨在:(1)识别并分析马洛斯摄政区烹饪区Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale区的街头小贩特征。(2)识别并分析马罗斯摄政区烹饪区Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale区企业发展的影响因素。(3)了解并分析公司所实施的业务发展战略,以达到最佳发展。结果表明:(1)马洛斯县烹饪区Pantai Tak Berombak (PTB) Turikale区摊贩的年龄特征以31-45岁年龄组为主;按受教育程度划分,以高中以上学历的摊贩为主。而摊贩的特征则按性别划分,摊贩以男性居多。(2)内部因素(知识和服务)和外部因素(地理位置和个性)是影响企业发展的因素。(3)由于社会资本、社会网络和管理等因素,做街头摊贩的商业发展策略能够得到最优发展。
