It is shown that there is a local decrease in the local oxygen saturation upon laser irradiation by approximately 10% . Raising the local temperature of the skin tissue up to 42°C leads to an increase in the quantum efficiency of the photodissociation of HbO2 by approximately 1,5% upon irradiation with a wavelength of 860 nm.
