摘要

针对传统海浪有效波高反演方法精度不高、适用范围有限的问题,提出了一种基于径向基函数神经网络的有效波高反演方法。假设有效波高与雷达图像信噪比的平方根呈线性关系,采用径向基函数神经网络对两者进行研究,建立两者之间的关系函数,从而实现有效波高反演。设计了网络体系结构,详细讨论了数据中心选择、网络权重设置和网络学习方法。仿真结果表明,与传统的反演方法相比,本文方法具有更好的适用性和更高的有效波高反演精度。
