Descriptive analysis and path analysis were used as data analysis techniques.The result of the study reveals that Brand Image has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction has direct  and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Image has direct and not significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Thus, the company should continue to improve the brand image and product quality of KFC Branch Baturaja, so that customer will continue to become a loyal customer. 摘要

本研究旨在确定品牌形象对顾客满意的影响,确定产品质量对顾客满意的影响,确定顾客满意对顾客忠诚的影响,确定品牌形象对顾客忠诚的影响,确定产品质量对顾客忠诚的影响。使用的研究类型是定量方法的解释研究。本研究采用目的性技术对肯德基巴图拉贾分店的100名顾客进行了调查。通过问卷调查收集数据。采用描述性分析和路径分析作为数据分析技术。研究结果表明:品牌形象对顾客满意有直接显著影响,产品质量对顾客满意有直接显著影响,顾客满意对顾客忠诚有直接显著影响,品牌形象对顾客忠诚有直接不显著影响,产品质量对顾客忠诚有直接显著影响。因此,公司应不断提高肯德基巴图拉贾分店的品牌形象和产品质量,使顾客继续成为忠诚的顾客。肯德基巴图拉贾分店应该继续为顾客提供满意的服务。
