This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Secretariat. The sampling technique used was probability sampling. The number of sample were 130 respondents. The data were collected through distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis i.e multiple linear regression.. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on work spirit, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work spirit, and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work spirit. 摘要

本研究旨在解释工作压力、工作环境、工作特征对工作精神的影响。这项研究是在巴厘省塔巴南摄政区域秘书处进行的。本研究的对象均为秘书处的公务员。使用的抽样技术是概率抽样。样本数量为130人。数据是通过发放问卷收集的。使用的分析技术是描述性和推理分析,即多元线性回归。结果表明,所有假设都被接受。工作压力对工作精神有负向显著影响,工作环境对工作精神有正向显著影响,工作特征对工作精神有正向显著影响。这一结果的含义是,为了努力提高员工绩效,政府可以安排一些计划来减轻工作压力,改善工作环境,加强工作特征。关键词:工作压力;工作环境;工作特性;员工的士气。
