摘要

本文研究了HEVC中编码的优化问题。提出了一种基于降噪后的输入序列选择编码块结构、预测类型和运动向量等编码方式,而基于不变输入序列对变换系数等内容进行编码的新方法。虽然所提出的方案涉及到两个版本的输入序列的编码,但所提出的实现保证了复杂度只比单个编码器的复杂度大得可以忽略不计。该建议已得到实施和评估。实验结果表明,在保持视频质量不变的情况下,该方案可将比特率降低1.5%。
