This research was conducted at the Karangasem District Cultural Office, where data collection uses questionnaires. The population of this study is all employees who work in the Karangasem District Culture Office which numbers 49 people, so the method of determining samples using the saturated sample method. As for this research data analysis technique using path analysis with SPSS 21.
