摘要

本文建立了静电四极透镜的数学模型。四极透镜由四个无限长的等形电极组成,每一个电极都是圆柱体的一部分。采用变量分离法求解平面极坐标下拉普拉斯方程的边值问题。将初值边值问题的解简化为线性代数方程组的解。计算了系统整个区域的静电势分布。
